07/10/23: Logo Contest! We're going to be changing out current banner, and adopting a new logo and maybe a mascot, so we're looking for your imput! The files have to be either PNG, XCF (GIMP internal format), or SVG. We'd prefer SVG, that way we can resize it easier.
07/10/22: I've decided to redesign the site, once again. This time it should stay permanent. We've moved from mostly-PHP back to mostly-XHTML, to try and keep up with data requests, and to make things smoother looking. (You can distribute over 30 times more XHTML files in a second than PHP ones.)
07/07/23: We've decided on something, finally, at least, I have. Slycorps will now be focused on three main goals (In no particular order):
* Creation of a non-profit organisation to distribute personal computers for free in the Ottawa-Gatineau area, as well as various other areas;
* Maintenance of many smaller, "lite", programs and applications to be used on those computers, as well as maybe a custom Linux distribution based on a minimalist version of Debian GNU/Linux;
* Continuing the original project, which was to create an archive of all sorts of things; articles, biographies, guides, research papers, etc.; one that could be considered as a large "man(ual) page", filled with documentation on all subjects, to assist people in their quest for knowledge, and to build it as a reliable source, with help from the community, that is 100% accessible on the Internet, without the need of unreliable technology such as JavaScript and databases used in MediaWiki systems.
